We care about your experience, so we offer a fantastic 2-man team that provides a fully tracked service, including a 3-hour time slot and live 'on the day' tracking info. If you wish to return your items, you must contact us within 15 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, due to the size and weight of our products, you will be charged a collection fee for returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
