Our Delivery Promise

We offer a free fully tracked 2 Man delivery on all products (excluding Highlands, Aberdeenshire, or any offshore Island). Please contact us for a quotation to these areas. We care about your experience, therefore, our trusted courier will take your item(s) and place them exactly where you want. You also have the option to reschedule, leave in a safe place, or alternatively with a neighbour. Our stock availability is live on our website, so you won’t be surprised by any lengthy delays when you shop with us.

What are your lead times?

Most of our products are delivered within 2/3 working days from order, although you can find out the lead time at the top of each specific product listing. If you need something urgently, please feel free to get in touch and we will do our utmost to help.

What happens from order to dispatch?

You will receive a order confirmation immediately after purchase (if not received please check junk folder). We will then get to work and book in your product with our partner ‘PROOVIA Couriers’. You will receive a separate email confirming this and 24 hours prior to delivery a 3-hour time slot. This will need confirming via the link they provide, where you can also choose to delay, leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. On the day live tracking will be sent to your email and telephone number.

What if my goods arrived damaged?

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if your items are damaged along with images that can be sent to info@timber-foundry.com We will then arrange collection. Once received we will inspect the product and if deemed faulty / damaged arrange either an exchange or full refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes of course! If you decide to return your order please inform us within 15 days of purchase via email. All goods must be in original unused, dry condition and be wrapped in original packaging. We will then arrange collection for a convenient time and have the item(s) returned to our warehouse. Please note due to the size and weight of our items we don’t offer free returns
so you will be charged (we can communicate the exact amount via email).

Can I return bespoke goods?

Unfortunately bespoke goods are none returnable.

Access to property

Please check that access to the property is suitable for the size of your item. Please let us know if there are any steps or lifts. If you have any additional specific requirements, please let us know before placing your order.
