Shipping Policy

Lead times

Our current lead time is 1-6 weeks depending on the product. You can find the lead time at the top of every item. We will be in touch as soon as your item is ready to arrange delivery.

Shipping costs

We provide free UK shipping to mainland UK. Unfortunately, offshore and Highlands incur additional costs. Please contact us for further information.

Click and collect is also available from our workshop in Derbyshire – this typically reduces lead times by 1 week.

Our furniture is often large and heavy. Delivery is a 1 man ground to ground service so assistance will be required on arrival. If this is an issue, please let us know so alternative arrangements can be made.

Please check that access is suitable for the size of your item. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know before placing your order.

Our Timber Foundry courier will provide you with a specific day, 3 hour time slot and 15-minute text before arrival. For items shipped with a third-party courier, a day and approximate time slot will be provided. If no one is present to receive delivery, then a redelivery fee maybe applicable at your cost.

If delivery needs to be re-arranged, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Anything after may incur a re-delivery charge.

Returns Policy

Customer service is paramount at Timber Foundry and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as a matter of priority.

Upon receiving delivery, please inspect that goods have not been damaged in transit. If damage is present then please note to the driver and if possible, send an image to us at info@timber-foundry.com If transit damage was not noted at the point of delivery, any notification must be received within 24 hours of receipt.

Any approved returns must be returned as new and unused and where possible in the original packaging, unless removed by our Timber Foundry courier service. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

Bespoke, clearance and ex-demo items cannot be returned unless delivered damaged.
